Yummy Kitchen began in the summer of 2017. Travels to China, Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar, and Bangladesh created a passion for eastern ingredients, cooking methods, and food culture. We attempt to re-create our favorite dishes from abroad, for our community at home at our Food Truck on 5th + Warren as well as at our kitchen at the Chatham Berry Farm Cidery.
